Pat is a highly sought after speaker and motivator known for an overly optimistic attitude that infects his audiences. With over 14 years as a professional speaker and trainer Pat has a talent for blending the proper amounts of entertainment, inspiration and information, giving him the ability to touch people at deep personal levels, enabling them to create positive change in both their business and personal lives.

Prior to founding his speaking business, Pat developed his speaking abilities during a career in the title industry that allowed him to pursue his passion for speaking by conducting seminars and training for thousands of Real Estate Professionals, Loan Officers and Title Personnel throughout the Southwest United States.

Most recently, Pat was Vice President of National Sales Development for Fidelity National Financial where he acted as a resource, assisting operations throughout the United States and Canada in increasing revenue, market-share, and customer satisfaction. Pat has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Speaker, Realtor, Loan Officer and Vice President of Sales.

As a Realtor, Pat listed thirty-six properties his first six months and sold seven homes his first sixty days. From there he became a top producer with production levels that placed him in the top 1% of realtors in the country for three of his seven years as a Realtor.

In 1992, Pat made the decision to pursue his true dream of becoming a professional speaker. During his transition from real estate to a successful speaking career he encountered many challenges that provide him with true-life experiences that now inspire, motivate and entertain his audiences.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he attended on a football scholarship. He was a member of the 1978 National Championship Team and two Rose Bowl Teams.

Married and a father of five, Pat believes in a balanced approach to life and is committed to having a significant positive effect on both the business and personal lives of people he touches – a commitment he takes very serious.
